Quickly stepping into her new position Maria discovered that the core of her job role was getting difficult to achieve – that is lead generation. She commonly found that she couldn’t find a comprehensive service on the market to provide her with a solution to obtain leads and then to develop the entire customer relations process.

How the search began

I would then have to use another platform to create promotional campaigns if I wanted to send those individuals emails. Depending on how many leads I was getting this would take even longer. I have cut that down massively to about 5 hours per week to create 3 landing pages including the entire follow up system. I create the same landing pages, have the same CRM database, and send out any promotional campaign just using Smarty Software which has really saved a lot of time”.

Maria also found that monitoring of staff assignments and KPI’s via Smarty dramatically reduces the time used for internal team meetings. “I can monitor my team and assign tasks from any location based on the data in the PA it is very easy to calculate estimates for our projects.
